Flat Screen Printer Introduction:
The pneumatic flat screen printing press features a smooth pneumatic-driven system. It can lift the screen frame up & down vertically keeping the screen print ink in the “strike zone”. This flat screen lifting method allows the operator to easily load and unload small injection molded parts. Such as cigarette lighters, ice scrapers, flying discs (aka Frisbee™), first aid kit boxes, display boxes, CDs & DVDs, and much more. It is also well-suited for industrial goods. Such as circular saw blades, stamped steel panels, chassis, and various automotive components. The horizontal printing axis is controlled pneumatically by a rodless cylinder. It is quickly adjustable with quick-release stop guides. The machine is also equipped with an X/Y/R table and has an E-Stop button conveniently located on the front of the work table.
