Flatbed Printing Machine Introduction:
The AP-F324 is a fully automatic UV screen printing machine designed for flat surfaces. It offers increased productivity and unrivaled value. It is suitable for printing on print dressing cases, stationery rulers, flat pens, small glass sheets, etc.
A SANKYO rotary positioning drive powers the AP-F324. This setup delivers accurate color-to-color print registration. It features a MOTOVARIO main drive motor with a barrel cam. The UV screen printing inks cure automatically with UV lamps. These high-powered lamps are positioned after each printing station. After loading the flat objects, a pre-flame treating station is available. There’s also an optional de-ionizing and cleaning station. This setup helps ensure better printing quality and fewer defects.
The AP-F324 system comes with optional UV curing units from Heraeus Fusion or ALPHA-CURE. They are outfitted with high-intensity mercury UV bulbs.
