The AP-200W UV exposure unit is suitable for pad printing steel plates 0.3–10 mm thick. It is compatible with both water-washable and alcohol-washable polymer plates.
The UV exposure unit includes a vacuum function. This keeps the plate and film in close contact during exposure. The digital timing control range is 0–9999 seconds. You can accurately set the vacuum time and exposure time separately. This meets the needs of different plate materials and plate-making processes.

1. High-efficiency exposure system
- Equipped with 200W high-power ultraviolet lamp tubes, with a stable spectrum (main peak 365nm), ensuring rapid curing of the steel plate’s photosensitive coating, and adjustable vacuum time & exposure time (usually 1-3 minutes).
2. Compact structure and durability
- The machine is built with a lightweight sheet-metal frame measuring 800×630×260mm (customizable), saving space and making it easy to move.
- Equipped with a vacuum worktable, high temperature and scratch resistance, and a load capacity of up to 10 kg.
3. Intelligent control and safety
- A digital timer (0-9999 seconds) accurately controls vacuum and exposure and supports power-off memory.
- Safety protection: Uses a mechanical micro switch. When the top cover is opened, the main circuit power is immediately cut off to avoid ultraviolet leakage.
4. Wide compatibility
- Suitable for all kinds of pad printing steel plates (thickness 0.3-10mm) and polymer plates (such as water-washout / alcohol-washout).
- Equipped with a vacuum function to ensure that the steel plate fits closely with the film.
