Our core equipment includes the following types:
Pre-printing equipment: Pad printing steel plate exposure machine (with AP-200W UV exposure unit and LED exposure unit). It can quickly produce high-quality printing plates.
Surface pre-treatment equipment: A flame treatment machine that effectively enhances the adhesion of PP, PE, HDPE, and other plastic surfaces.
Post-printing curing equipment: UV curing machine (round-bottle and flat-bottle models). It is equipped with efficient UV lamps and adjustable conveyor belts, providing fast, uniform, and energy-saving curing.
Other auxiliary equipment: A drying oven that meets the drying requirements of different processes.
