INTRODUCTION
The AP-100-SM is a servo-controlled, desktop pad printing system designed for single-color applications. It is easy to operate and quick to set up.
The machine utilizes servo-drive technology and is equipped with a Panasonic servo motor. The motor controls the forward/backward movement of the printing plate and the stroke of the printing pad, ensuring stable and precise printing.
It features a programmable touchscreen control panel. You can set all functions and operating parameters via the touchscreen. It also uses a well-known brand PLC for unified control, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The AP-100-SM has an ink cup size of 90 × 100 mm and a steel plate size of 100 × 215 mm. It is suitable for precision printing on high-quality products such as automotive parts and electronic components.
