UV Screen Printing Machine Introduction:
The AP-100 series automatic UV bottle screen printing machine is mechanically driven. It uses AC motor control and the linear walking beam system. This machine can transport bottles with highly accurate color-to-color registration. When the bottle is loaded into the machine, it can be automatically flame-treated, screen-printed, and UV-cured. This automatic screen printing line’s maximum print speed can reach 70 pcs per minute.
The AP-100 series automatic screen printer is well-suited for various bottle shapes, including round, oval, and square. The container materials can be plastic, glass, metal, etc.
