OS-1000 automatic UV screen printing machine is a screen printing line that can range from 1 color to 6 color. This machine is equipped with a precision mechanical walking beam to transport parts accurately. When buckets are placed into precision machined fixtures, they are directly driven and precisely rotated during printing. This UV screen printing equipment is fully mechanically driven using the Italy brand main motor with PLC control of all the movement.

Also, a “no part no print” sensor keeps the squeegee not moving when no bucket is loaded. It has solidly built with high precision machining fixtures.
