Flat Screen Printer Introduction:
The pneumatic flat screen printing machine features a smooth, pneumatically driven system. It lifts the screen frame vertically, keeping the ink in optimal contact with the screen. This flat-screen lifting method helps operators load and unload small injection-molded parts easily. This includes items like cigarette lighters, ice scrapers, Frisbees, first aid kit boxes, display boxes, CDs, DVDs, and more. It’s great for industrial products like circular saw blades, stamped steel panels, chassis, and various car parts. A rodless cylinder controls the horizontal printing stroke pneumatically. It features quick-release stop guides for easy adjustments. The machine has an X/Y/R fine adjustment table. There’s also an E-Stop button placed on the front of the work table.
