The AP-200W cliché exposure machine is specifically designed for pad printing steel plate making. It features high-efficiency 200W ultraviolet lamp tubes, ensuring uniform exposure, low energy consumption, and easy operation. This cliché exposure unit is suitable for various pad printing steel plates (0.3-10mm thickness) and polymer plates (water or alcohol washout types). It comes equipped with a vacuum function for a close fit between the steel plate and film, and offers accurate digital timer control (0-9999 seconds) for both vacuum and exposure time.

AP-200W cliché exposure machine is designed for pad printing steel plate making. It adopts high-efficiency 200W ultraviolet lamp tubes. It has the characteristics of uniform exposure, low energy consumption, and easy operation. It is suitable for small printing companies, personalized custom studios and precision pad printing processes.

1. High-efficiency exposure system

  • Equipped with 200W high-power ultraviolet lamp tube, the spectrum is stable (main peak 365nm), ensuring rapid curing of the steel sheet photosensitive adhesive, and adjustable vacuum time & exposure time (usually 1-3 minutes).

2. Compact structure and durability

  • The machine build a lightweight sheet metal frame, with a dimension of 800×630×260mm (customizable), saving space and easy to move.
  • With vacuum worktable, high temperature and scratch resistance, and load bearing can reach 10kg.

3. Intelligent control and safety

  • Digital timer (0-9999 seconds) accurately controls vacuum & exposure, and supports power-off memory function.
  • Safety protection: Use a mechanical micro switch. When the top cover is opened, the main circuit power is immediately cut off to avoid ultraviolet leakage.

4. Wide compatibility

  • Suitable for all kinds of pad printing steel plates (thickness 0.3-10mm) and polymer plates (such as water washout / alcohol washout).
