The AP-200W cliché exposure machine is specifically designed for pad printing steel plate making. It features high-efficiency 200W ultraviolet lamp tubes for uniform exposure, low energy consumption, and easy operation. This unit is ideal for small printing companies, personalized custom studios, and precision pad printing processes. This cliché exposure unit is suitable for various pad-printing steel plates (0.3–10 mm thick) and polymer plates (water- or alcohol-washable). It comes equipped with a vacuum function for a close fit between the steel plate and film, and offers accurate digital timer control (0–9999 seconds) for both vacuum and exposure time. We also offer comprehensive support, including technical assistance and recommendations on consumables for your cliché exposure needs.
This UV curing machine is suitable for UV curing on both round and flat objects. The conveyor belt speed is adjustable. By using an electronic UV system, this machine is more energy-efficient than traditional UV systems. We can also customize different sizes to meet various product UV curing needs.
This flame treatment machine is designed for surface treatment of plastic products to improve ink adhesion for both pad printing and screen printing. It is typically used on materials such as PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, etc. The conveyor is made of stainless steel with an adjustable speed. The auto-ignition function makes operation easier and safer. Other sizes and customized flame treatment units are also available.
The exposure unit is an essential piece of pre-press equipment, widely used for making pad printing plates (clichés) and screen printing frames. The Auto Print LED exposure unit features a cool LED light system with low power consumption, high energy output at effective wavelengths, and an environmentally friendly, low-carbon design. This model has a glass size of 395 × 495 mm. We also offer other sizes, such as 600 × 900 mm and 800 × 1200 mm, and custom sizes are available.
