Independent Pad Stroke Five Color Printing Machine

AP-250-5IP is a five-color pad printing machine with independent pad stroke; each pad print stroke is adjustable for different print requirements. The Part shuttle is driven by a programmable servo motor for accurate print and color-to-color registration. All the functions are easily controlled via the touchscreen. The tape cleaning system reduces operator workload and ensures a high-quality print. It can be configured from a 4-color to a 6-color machine.

AP-250-5IP five color independent pad stroke printing machine is equipped with servo driven front/back and part shuttle to print 1-5 colors.

The independent pad stroke printing machine features a programmable touchscreen control panel, and all functions can be easily programmed from there.

The AP-250-5IP comes with a solidly built, welded-steel machine base to ensure smooth, vibration-free performance.

AP-250-5IP independent pad stroke printing machine is equipped with five adjustable clichés and ink cups. The ink cup size can be 90mm or 120mm, with five individual X/Y/R adjustable cliché holders for precise alignment of artworks.
